Der Änderungsantrag der ÖVP und der Grünen, der erst am Donnerstagabend eingereicht wurde, sieht nicht nur die Abschaffung der rabattfreien Rente nach 45 Jahren vor, sondern auch die Kürzung der jährlichen Rentenerhöhung ab 2022. In Zukunft dort wird nur eine aliquote Erhöhung der Rente im Jahr nach der Pensionierung sein. ÖVP und die Grünen beschließen in einer Nacht- und Nebelaktion nicht nur, die neue Hacking-Regelung abzuschaffen, sondern jetzt auch die jährliche Rentenanpassung zu reduzieren. “Dies ist ein Raub-ähnlicher Rentenraub!” Erklärt Dr. Pamela Rendi-Wagner. Selbst für diesen tiefen Einschnitt im Rentensystem gab es keine Bewertung, keine Vorbereitung und keine Einbeziehung von Interessengruppen.
Dr. Pamela sagte: Was bedeutet das? Für alle, die ab Februar 2021 in den Ruhestand treten, gibt es im folgenden Jahr nur eine geringere prozentuale Anpassung. Die Aliquotberechnung kann sogar zu Null führen und somit erst im zweiten Jahr danach eine Erhöhung erfolgen. Da die weiteren Erhöhungen dann auf der bisher nur in begrenztem Umfang erhöhten niedrigeren Rente beruhen, geht während der gesamten Rentenzeit viel Geld verloren. Nachdem die Hacking-Regelung abgeschafft wurde, gibt es jetzt eine zweite Verschlechterung für alle potenziellen Rentner “, sagt Rendi-Wagner. Zum Beispiel: Bei einer Rente von 1.200 beträgt der Verlust, wenn jemand im November in den Ruhestand geht, 14.000 Euro über einen Rentenzeitraum von 20 Jahre. Mit einer Rente von 1.400 Euro pro Monat sind es 17.000 Euro. Über 100.000 Mitarbeiter sind jedes Jahr von dieser Regelung betroffen! Jetzt wird klar, wer zuerst die Rechnung für die Krise bezahlen muss: die Werktätigen, die Rentner in unserer Zu Beginn der Krise sagte die Regierung immer noch: Kosten, was auch immer! Heute ist kein guter Tag für Österreich und für die Menschen, die jahrzehntelang gearbeitet haben und in naher Zukunft in den Ruhestand gehen können “, sagt SPÖ-Sozialsprecher Josef Muschitsch. Seine Bilanz nach zehn Monaten von türkisgrün: „Was die Rentenpolitik betrifft, wird es nicht unfairer!“ Einige, die die höchsten Subventionen erhalten – die Landwirte – werden aufgezogen, Arbeiter und Angestellte, die die höchsten Beiträge und die wenigsten Zuschüsse erhalten.
